API Lead Auditing

Learn how to conduct effective audits and lead an audit team through this three-day training. This course includes the Fundamentals of Auditing course, and you will be given additional information on leading an audit team as well as the additional auditing processes that are unique to the API program. Using practical examples and hands-on application, this course covers procedures and techniques for conducting audits, managing the audit process, and details skills expected from lead auditors. Learning Objectives Define key auditing concepts, ethics, and standards used in the auditing process Demonstrate how to develop an audit program Understand how to conduct an effective audit Execute post-audit activities Illustrate how to lead an audit Describe the responsibilities of the audit team leader Continuing Education As an IACET Accredited Provider, we award internationally recognized Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Upon successful completion of this course, learners will receive a digital Certificate of Completion granting 1.8 CEUs. Access & Participation Training will take place on Microsoft Teams and has the option for translated closed caption for non-English speaking learners. Attendees are expected to have access to a microphone and camera to fully engage in interactive learning activities.
