API Recommended Practice 686 was developed to provide recommended procedures, practices, and checklists for the installation and precommissioning of new, existing, and reapplied machinery for the petroleum, chemical, and gas industry services facilities. This three-hour training focuses on the practical usage of the machinery grouting design and installation requirements as discussed in Chapters 4 and 5 of the standard. The course will provide a working understanding of the document’s requirements. Using practical examples and experiences, this course is designed to guide industry professionals on RP 686 requirements and interpretations. Continuing Education As an IACET Accredited Provider, we award internationally recognized Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Upon successful completion of this course, learners will receive a digital Certificate of Completion granting 0.3 CEUs. Access & Participation Training will take place on Microsoft Teams and has the option for translated closed caption for non-English speaking learners.
