[中文适用范围]： 本部分 IEC 60076 适用于三相和单相电力变压器（包括自耦变压器），但不适用于某些类别的小型和特殊变压器，例如：额定功率小于 1 kVA 的单相变压器和小于 5 kVA 的三相变压器；没有绕组额定电压高于 1000 V 的变压器；仪用变压器；安装在轨道车辆上的牵引变压器；启动变压器；试验变压器；焊接变压器；防爆和矿用变压器；用于深水（水下）应用的变压器。当此类变压器的 IEC 标准不存在时（特别是工业应用中绕组电压不超过 1000 V 的变压器），本部分 IEC 60076 仍可作为整体或部分适用。本标准不涉及使变压器适合安装在公众可接近位置的要求。对于拥有各自 IEC 标准的电力变压器和电抗器类别，本部分仅在其它标准中明确引用时适用。此类标准包括：一般电抗器（IEC 60076-6）；干式变压器（IEC 60076-11）；自保护变压器（IEC 60076-13）；充气式电力变压器（IEC 60076-15）；风力涡轮机应用变压器（IEC 60076-16）；牵引变压器和牵引电抗器（IEC 60310）；工业应用换流变压器（IEC 61378-1）；HVDC 应用换流变压器（IEC 61378-2）。在本部分的若干地方规定或建议就替代或额外的技术方案或程序达成协议。此类协议由制造商和买方达成。这些问题最好尽早提出，并将协议纳入合同规范中。 [外文原描述]： IEC 60076-1:2011 applies to three-phase and single-phase power transformers (including auto-transformers) with the exception of certain categories of small and special transformers. For those categories of power transformers and reactors which have their own IEC standards, this part is applicable only to the extent in which it is specifically called up by cross-reference in the other standard. This new edition includes the following significant technical additions with respect to the previous one: - definition of harmonic content; - subclause on transport; - functional method of specification; - connection symbols for single phase transformers; - safety and environmental requirements; - requirements for liquid preservation systems; - clause on DC currents; - vacuum, pressure and leak tests on tanks; - facilities for condition monitoring and environmental and safety considerations.
