测量继电器和保护设备 第11部分 自备供电设备端口上电压降、短时中断、变化和波动

[中文适用范围]： IEC 60255 系列的这一部分规定了交流和直流电源、电力系统保护的测量继电器和保护设备的一般要求，包括与这些系统一起使用的控制、监视和过程接口设备。本部分基于： ~ IEC 61000-4-11，针对交流电压骤降、短时中断和变化； ~ IEC 61000-4-17 电压纹波； ~ IEC 61000-4-29 针对直流电压骤降、短时中断和变化。测试的目的是确认被测设备在通电并遭受骤降、中断和交流分量（纹波）时能够正常运行。本标准规定的要求适用于新状态下的测量继电器和保护设备，规定的所有试验仅为型式试验。本标准的目的是说明： 〜所用术语的定义； ~ 测试严重程度； 〜测试设备； 〜测试设置； 〜测试程序； ~ 接受标准； ～测试报告。 [外文原描述]： IEC 60255-11:2008 specifies the general requirements for a.c. and d.c. power supplies, for measuring relays and protection equipment for power system protection, including the control, monitoring and process interface equipment used with those systems. The objective of the tests is to confirm that the equipment under test will operate correctly when energised and subjected to dips, interruptions and alternating components (ripple). The main differences with respect to the previous edition are as follows: addition of voltage dips and interruptions test in a.c.; addition of gradual shut-down/start-up test; addition of reversal of d.c. power supply polarity test.
