特定类型绕组线的规范 第31部分：裸露或漆包铜矩形截面线 覆盖有浸渍清漆或树脂的玻璃纤维 温度指数 180（1.0 版）

[中文适用范围]： GB/T 7672 的本部分规定了温度指数180， 浸漆玻璃丝包铜扁线和浸漆玻璃丝包2级漆膜厚度漆包铜扁线的要求。 注：对于此类绕组线，热冲击试验不适用， 热冲击温度未加规定， 因此无法规定基于温度指数和热冲击温度要求的等级。 漆包线应基于下列之一的标准， 并应由供需双方协商确定： ——GB/T 7095.3 漆包扁绕组线 第3部分： 155级聚酯漆包铜扁线； ——GB/T 7095.4 漆包扁绕组线 第3部分： 180级聚酯亚胺漆包铜扁线； ——GB/T 7095.6 漆包扁绕组线 第3部分： 200级聚酯或聚酯亚胺符合漆包铜扁线； ——IEC 60317-30 特种绕组线标准 第30部分：220级聚酰亚胺漆包铜扁线。 所使用的漆包线， 其最低热级应为155. 浸漆玻璃丝包线的温度指数取决于使用的浸渍漆种类。浸渍玻璃丝的浸渍漆宜具有最低180的温度指数。 绕包层厚度分为四种： ——GL1:在裸导体上绕包单玻璃丝； ——GL2:在裸导体上绕包双玻璃丝； ——Grade2 GL1: 在2级漆膜厚度漆包线上绕包单玻璃丝； ——Grade2 GL2: 在2级漆膜厚度漆包线上绕包双玻璃丝； 玻璃丝包层可为： a） 单玻璃丝包； b） 双玻璃丝包， 两层玻璃丝包方向相反。 本部分规定的导体标称尺寸范围为: ——宽边尺寸：最小2.00mm， 最大16.00mm； ——窄边尺寸：最小0.80mm， 最大5.60mm； 宽边尺寸和窄边尺寸的组合以及宽边尺寸的比值见GB/T 7672.1-2008的规定。 [外文原描述]： IEC 60317-31:1990 specifies the requirements of glass-fibre wound, polyester or polyesterimide varnish-treated, bare or grade 2 enamelled rectangular copper winding wire, temperature index 180.
