特种绕组线规范 第42部分:200级聚酰氨-酰亚胺漆包圆铜线

[中文适用范围]： GB/T 6109的本部分规定了以聚酯－酰胺－亚胺树脂为基的单一漆层200级漆包铜圆线的要求。 如果能保留原树脂的化学特性并且满足该漆包线规定的所有要求， 则该树脂可以改性。 注：改性树脂是一种经过化学变化的， 或者含有一种或多种添加剂以提高其某种性能或使用特性的树脂。 200级表示热级， 它要求最小温度指数为200， 热冲击温度至少为220℃。 对应于温度指数的摄氏温度并不就是推荐的漆包线使用温度， 因为这取决于包括所用设备类型在内的很多因素。 本部分规定的导体标称直径范围为： － 1级：0.018mm及以上1.600及以下； － 2级：0.025mm及以上5.000mm及以下； 导体标称直径按GB/T 6109.1-2008中第4章的规定。 [外文原描述]： IEC 60317-42:1997 specifies the requirements of enamelled round copper winding wire of class 200 with a sole coating based on polyester-amide-imide resin, which may be modified providing it retains the chemical identity of the original resin and meets all specified wire requirements. A modified resin is a resin that has undergone a chemical change, or contains one or more additives to enhance certain performance or application characteristics. Class 200 is a thermal class that requires a minimum temperature index of 200 and a heat shock temperature of at least 220 °C. The temperature in degrees Celsius corresponding to the temperature index is not necessarily that at which it is recommended that the wire be operated and this will depend on many factors, including the type of equipment involved. The range of nominal conductor diameters covered by this part is: – Grade 1: 0,018 mm up to and including 1,600 mm; – Grade 2: 0,025 mm up to and including 5,000 mm. The nominal conductor diameters are specified in clause 4 of IEC 60317-0-1.
