[中文适用范围]： 本国际标准规定了测试观察值是否符合以下条件的程序： - 故障率； ——失效强度； - 平均无故障时间； ——平均故障间隔时间；符合给定的要求。假设（除非另有说明）在观察期间（累计相关测试时间），故障的时间间隔或故障之间的时间间隔是独立的，并且呈相同的指数分布。注：该假设意味着故障率或故障强度是恒定的。规定了三种类型的测试计划如下： ——顺序测试计划； - 时间/故障终止测试计划，包括固定时间/故障终止测试计划和可设计以满足特定需求的替代时间/故障终止测试计划； - 固定日历时间/失败终止测试计划。 IEC 60605-1 的 7.3 中给出了测试计划选择的一般指南。 [外文原描述]： Specifies procedures to test whether an observed value of: - failure rate; - failure intensity; - mean time to failure; - mean operating time between failures; complies with a given requirement. Cancels and replaces IEC 60605-7, published in 1978, and its amendment 1 (1990), of which its constitutes a technical revision.
