[中文适用范围]： IEC 61290 的这一部分适用于使用目前市售的含有稀土掺杂剂的有源光纤的光纤放大器 (OFA)。本标准的目的是通过电频谱分析仪测试方法对 IEC 61291-1 第 3 条中定义的以下 OFA 参数建立准确、可靠测量的统一要求： a) 标称输出信号功率； b) 大信号输出稳定性； c) 饱和输出功率； d) 最大输入信号功率； e) 最大输出信号功率； f) 输入功率范围； g) 输出功率范围； h) 最大总输出功率。注 - 所有后跟 (≠) 的数值当前正在考虑中。 [外文原描述]： Applies to optical fibre amplifiers using active fibres, containing rare-earth dopants, presently commercially available. Establishes uniform requirements for accurate and reliable measurements, by means of the electrical spectrum analyzer test method, of the following OFA parameters: - nominal output signal power; - large-signal output stability; - saturation output power; - maximum input signal power; - maximum output signal power; - input power range; - output power range; - maximum total output power.
