[中文适用范围]： 本国际标准适用于目前市售的使用含有稀土掺杂剂的有源光纤的光纤放大器（OFA）。本标准的目的是提供 OFA 噪声系数参数测量的一般背景，并指出用于准确可靠地测量以下 OFA 参数的 IEC 标准测试方法，如 IEC 61291-1 第 3 条中所定义： a) 噪声图（NF）； b) 噪声系数（F）； c) 多径干扰（MPI）品质因数； d) 信号自发噪声系数； e)（等效）自发-自发光带宽（Bsp-sp）； f) 前向放大自发发射（ASE）功率电平； g) 反向ASE功率电平； h) ASE 带宽。 [外文原描述]： Applies to optical fibre amplifiers (OFAs) using active fibres, containing rare-earth dopants, presently commercially available.
