[中文适用范围]： 本国际标准适用于目前市售的使用含有稀土掺杂剂的有源光纤的光纤放大器（OFA）。本标准的目的是通过光谱分析仪测试方法对 IEC 61291-1 第 3 条中定义的以下 OFA 参数建立准确、可靠测量的统一要求： a) 最大输入反射率； b) 最小输入反射率； c) 输出反射率。注：所有后跟 (≠) 的数值当前正在考虑中。 [外文原描述]： Applies to optical fibre amplifiers (OFAs) using active fibres, containing rare-earth dopants, presently commercially available. Establishes uniform requirements for accurate and reliable measurements, by means of the optical spectrum analyzer test method, of the following OFA parameters: a) maximum input reflectance; b) minimum input reflectance; c) output reflectance.
