This fourth edition cancels and replaces the third edition published in 2013. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: a) replaced active monitoring with transient loss for measurements during test; b) harmonized recommended severities according to IEC 61753-1.
