[中文适用范围]： 本文件定义了ACS（建筑工地用组装设备，见3.1.101）的具体要求，适用于以下情况： - 额定电压不超过交流1000V或直流1500V的组装设备； - 变压器的一次和二次额定电压在上述限制范围内的组装设备； - 用于建筑工地（包括室内和室外）的组装设备，这些地方通常是临时工作场所，公众一般不进入，进行建筑、安装、维修、改造或拆除等工作； - 可移动（半固定）或带外壳的移动组装设备。 本文件不适用于单个设备和自包含组件，如电机启动器、熔断开关、电子设备等，这些应符合相关产品标准。 本文件也不适用于建筑工地行政中心（办公室、更衣室、会议室、食堂、餐厅、宿舍、厕所等）使用的组装设备。 电气保护要求见IEC 60364-7-704。 [外文原描述]： IEC 61439-4:2023 defines the specific requirements of ACS as follows: - assemblies for which the rated voltage does not exceed 1 000 V in case of AC or 1 500 V in case of DC; - assemblies where the nominal primary voltage and the nominal secondary voltage of transformers incorporated in ACS are within the limits specified above; - assemblies intended for use on construction sites, both indoors and outdoors, i.e. temporary places of work to which the public do not generally have access and where building construction, installation, repairs, alteration or demolition of property (buildings) or civil engineering (public works) or excavation or any other similar operations are carried out; - transportable (semi-fixed) or mobile ASSEMBLIES with enclosure. This second edition of IEC 61439-4 cancels and replaces the first edition published in 2012. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: a) alignment with IEC 61439-1:2020 regarding the structure and technical content, as applicable.
