[中文适用范围]： 本文档适用于光纤无源色散补偿器，所有产品均具有以下特征：它们是光学无源的；具有用于传输光功率的光输入和光输出端口；端口为光纤或光纤连接器；对波长敏感；可能具有偏振敏感性。本标准建立了用于无源色散补偿器的统一要求。 [外文原描述]： IEC 61978-1:2014 applies to fibre optic passive chromatic dispersion compensators, all exhibiting the following features: - they are optically passive; - they have an optical input and an optical output for transmitting optical power; - the ports are optical fibres or optical fibre connectors; - they are wavelength sensitive; - they may be polarization sensitive. This standard establishes uniform requirements for the passive chromatic dispersion compensator. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition, published in 2009, and constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: - introduction of new terms and definitions; - revision of classifications; - addition of Annex E.
