[中文适用范围]： 本国际标准规定了综合业务数字广播（ISDB）系统接收机的基本功能、额定值和性能。它适用于：11.7 GHz至12.2 GHz频段内的标准数字电视广播、高清电视广播和卫星广播电台无线电广播（以下简称“BS数字广播”）的接收机；用于12.2 GHz至12.75 GHz频段内卫星广播电台带宽为34.5 MHz的标准数字电视广播的接收机（以下简称“宽带CS数字广播”）；地面广播电台的标准数字电视广播和高清晰度电视广播（以下简称“数字地面电视广播”）的接收机。关于接收器，其可以被设计为仅接收来自上述数字广播的一种广播服务或者接收多种广播服务。可以设计用于接收数字地面电视广播的各种类型的接收机，即用于固定、用于移动和用于便携式接收的接收机。本标准定义了BS数字广播接收机、BS数字广播和宽带CS数字广播两用接收机（以下简称“BS和宽带CS数字广播两用接收机”）以及接收机用于使用室外固定接收天线和大显示屏的数字地面电视广播。对于小型简易接收机、车载接收机、便携式接收机等，应尽可能采用本标准。在本标准中，BS数字广播接收机和BS与宽带CS数字广播两用接收机统称为数字卫星广播接收机。另外，当需要区分BS数播接收机和BS、宽带CS数播两用接收机时，还用[BS]来指定BS数播接收机，[BS～CS] ]同样用于指定BS和宽带CS数字广播两用接收机。 [外文原描述]： IEC 62360:2008(E) specifies the basic functions, ratings, and performance of receivers for the Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting (ISDB) system. It applies to: receivers for standard digital television broadcasting, high-definition television broadcasting, and radio broadcasting from satellite broadcasting stations in the frequency band of 11,7 GHz to 12,2 GHz, receivers for standard digital television broadcasting with a bandwidth of 34,5 MHz, from satellite broadcasting stations in the frequency band of 12,2 GHz to 12,75 GHz and receivers for the standard digital television broadcasting and high-definition television broadcasting from terrestrial broadcasting stations.This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition, published in 2004 and constitutes a technical revision. The main changes with respect to the previous edition are: the non-volatile memory size for terrestrial; BS and CS receiver has been specified; desirable reception channel range of the receiver for VHF and MID band has been specified; DVI interface and HDMI interface have been specified as digital interface; down mixing formula from multi-channel to 2-channel stereo has been changed.
