电工产品标准中引入环境因素的导则

[中文适用范围]： 本标准用作知道标准编写人员在制定电工产品标准时， 应如何考虑电工产品对环境产生影响的因素， 其目的如下： a）增强产品标准中的某些条款（规定）会对环境产生正负影响的意识； b）简要地说明产品标准与环境之间的关系； c）帮助避免产品标准制定过程中引入环境有害影响的某些条款； 的）强调在产品标准制定过程中引入环境因素是个复杂的过程， 要求权衡各种因素； e)在产品标准中引入环境因素时，推荐采用生命周期原则。 本标准尽可能与ISO 导则64协调一致。 [外文原描述]： IEC Guide 109:2003 is intended for standards writers and gives guidance on how to consider aspects relating to the impact on the environment of electrotechnical products when preparing standards for such products. Its purpose is a) to raise awareness that provisions in product standards can affect the environment in both negative and positive ways; b) to outline the relationship between product standards and the environment; c) to help avoid provisions in product standards that may lead to adverse environmental impacts; d) to emphasize that addressing environmental aspects during the development of product standards is a complex process and requires balancing competing priorities; e) to recommend the use of life-cycle thinking when addressing environmental aspects in the context of product standardization. It converges as far as possible with ISO Guide 64.
