[中文适用范围]： 本文件规定了适用于下列设备可移动外部数据源（REDS）的要求、测试方法和所需测试结果的规范：a) 构成经修订的《国际海上人命安全公约》（SOLAS）和经修订的《托雷莫利诺斯国际渔业船舶安全公约》所要求的船舶无线电设备，属于全球海上遇险和安全系统（GMDSS）的一部分；b) 根据经修订的《国际海上人命安全公约》（SOLAS）和经修订的《托雷莫利诺斯国际渔业船舶安全公约》所要求的船舶导航设备，以及其他导航辅助设施（如适用）。本文件基于IEC 61162-460对可移动外部数据源（REDS）的要求。 [外文原描述]： IEC PAS 63062:2016(E) specifies requirements, methods of testing and required test results for removable external data sources (REDS) applied to all equipment described hereunder: a) shipborne radio equipment forming part of the global maritime distress and safety system required by the International Convention for Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) as amended, and by the Torremolinos International Convention for the Safety of Fishing Vessels as amended; b) shipborne navigational equipment required by the International Convention for Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) as amended, and by the Torremolinos International Convention for the Safety of Fishing Vessels as amended, and to other navigational aids, where appropriate. It is based upon the requirements of IEC 61162-460 for removable external data source (REDS).
