[中文适用范围]： 本文件规定了雇主负责对以下钢产品进行检测的无损检测（NDT）人员的资格体系： a） 管材/管道（无缝或焊接）； b) 扁平材、长材、钢轨、棒材、型材、棒材和线材。 本标准规定了一级、二级无损检测人员执行钢材无损检测特定任务的资格要求。 该资格由雇主针对特定钢材产品和特定测试方法颁发。 本文件适用于主要使用以下任一无损检测方法对钢制品进行自动化检测的无损检测人员： a) 涡流检测（ET）； b) 泄漏测试（LT）； c) 液体渗透检测（PT）； d) 磁力测试（MT）； e) 射线照相测试（RT）； f) 超声波检测（UT）； g) 目视测试（VT）。 [外文原描述]： This document specifies an employer's qualification system for non-destructive testing (NDT) personnel performing the testing of the following steel products under the employer's responsibility: a) tubes/pipes (seamless or welded); b) flat products, long products, rails, bars, sections, rods and wires. This document specifies qualification requirements for the competence of Level 1 and Level 2 NDT personnel to execute specific tasks in the NDT of steel products. The qualification is issued by the employer for a specific steel product and a specific test method. This document is applicable to NDT personnel performing predominantly the automated testing of steel products, using any of the following NDT methods: a) eddy current testing (ET); b) leak testing (LT); c) liquid penetrant testing (PT); d) magnetic testing (MT); e) radiographic testing (RT); f) ultrasonic testing (UT); g) visual testing (VT).
