[中文适用范围]： 本国际标准规定了普通螺旋压缩弹簧的材料、形状、弹簧特性、公差、制造要求和试验方法。这种弹簧由热卷圆型钢棒制成，然后进行淬火和回火处理（以下简称“弹簧”）。符合本国际标准的弹簧适用以下极限值： — 自由长度：≤ 900 毫米； — 弹簧指数：3 至 12； — 长细比：0.8 至 4； — 有效线圈数：≥ 3； — 弹簧节距：< 0.5D； — 钢丝直径：8 毫米至 60 毫米； — 线圈平均直径：≤ 460 毫米。本国际标准不适用于有特殊性能要求的螺旋弹簧，如铁路和汽车悬架。 [外文原描述]： This International Standard specifies the materials, shapes, spring characteristics, tolerances, manufacturing requirements and test methods for common helical compression springs, which are made from hot coiled round section steel bar, and then quenched and tempered (hereinafter simply "springs"). The following limit values apply to springs conforming to this International Standard: — free length: ≤ 900 mm; — spring index: 3 to 12; — slenderness ratio: 0,8 to 4; — active coils: ≥ 3; — spring pitch: < 0,5 D ; — wire diameter: 8 mm to 60 mm; — mean diameter of coil: ≤ 460 mm. This International Standard is not applicable to coil springs with special performance requirements, such as railway and automotive suspensions.
