[中文适用范围]： 本文件规定了一种在通过燃烧合格苯甲酸校准的弹式量热仪中测定污泥在恒定体积和参考温度 25°C 下的总热值的方法。得到的结果是样品在恒定体积下的总热值，其中燃烧产物中的水和污泥中的水分均为液态水。实际上，污泥在恒定（大气）压力下燃烧，水不会凝结，而是以蒸汽的形式随烟气除去。在这些条件下，要使用的燃烧有效热是燃料在恒定压力下的净热值。也可以使用恒定体积下的净热值，仅给出计算公式，因为这样需要的额外测定较少。该方法适用于所有类型的污泥。 [外文原描述]： This document specifies a method for the determination of the gross calorific value of sludge at constant volume and at the reference temperature 25 °C in a bomb calorimeter calibrated by combustion of certified benzoic acid. The result obtained is the gross calorific value of the sample at constant volume with both the water of the combustion products and the moisture of the sludge as liquid water. In practice, sludge is burned at constant (atmospheric) pressure and the water is not condensed but is removed as vapour with the flue gases. Under these conditions, the operative heat of combustion to be used is the net calorific value of the fuel at constant pressure. The net calorific value at constant volume can also be used, equations for the calculation are given only as this requires less additional determinations. This method is applicable to all kinds of sludge.
