[中文适用范围]： 本国际标准规定了抗蠕变钢和低合金高温钢的气体保护金属电弧焊中焊后热处理条件下使用的管状药芯焊条的分类要求。一根管状药芯焊条可以用不同的保护气体进行测试和分类。本国际标准是一个综合规范，规定使用基于全焊缝金属化学成分的系统或使用基于全焊缝金属抗拉强度和化学成分的系统进行分类。1) 带有后缀字母“A”的段落和表格仅适用于根据本国际标准按化学成分分类且全焊缝金属的屈服强度和平均冲击能量为 47J 的管状药芯焊条。2) 带有后缀字母“B”的段落和表格仅适用于根据本国际标准按全焊缝金属抗拉强度和化学成分分类的管状药芯焊条。 3) 既无后缀字母“A”又无后缀字母“B”的段落和表格适用于所有按照本国际标准分类的管状药芯焊条。众所周知，管状药芯焊条的操作特性可以通过使用脉冲电流来改变，但就本国际标准而言，脉冲电流不用于确定焊条分类。 [外文原描述]： ISO 17634:2015 specifies requirements for classification of tubular cored electrodes used in the post-weld heat-treated condition for gas shielded metal arc welding of creep-resisting and low alloy elevated temperature steels. One tubular cored electrode can be tested and classified with different shielding gases. It is a combined specification providing for classification utilizing a system based upon the chemical composition of all-weld metal or utilizing a system based upon the tensile strength and the chemical composition of all-weld metal.
