[中文适用范围]： 本国际标准规定了组织在下列情况下对质量管理体系的要求：a) 需要证明其能够持续提供符合客户和适用法律法规要求的产品和服务；b) 旨在通过有效应用体系来提高客户满意度，包括改进体系的过程以及确保符合客户和适用法律法规要求。本国际标准的所有要求都是通用的，旨在适用于任何组织，无论其类型或规模如何，也无论其提供的产品和服务如何。注 1 在本国际标准中，“产品”或“服务”一词仅适用于旨在提供给客户或客户要求的产品和服务。注 2 法律法规要求可以表达为法律要求。本国际标准适用于提供 ITNS 产品或服务的组织。本标准适用于在许可核设施上开展活动的组织，但须经许可方事先同意。本国际标准中规定的要求是对客户和适用法律法规要求的补充（而非替代）。  [外文原描述]： This International Standard specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization: a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. All the requirements of this International Standard are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides. NOTE 1 In this International Standard, the terms "product" or "service" only apply to products and services intended for, or required by, a customer. NOTE 2 Statutory and regulatory requirements can be expressed as legal requirements. This International Standard applies to organizations supplying ITNS products or services. Application of this standard to organizations performing activities on a licensed nuclear site is subject to prior agreement by the Licensee. Requirements specified in this International Standard are complementary (not alternative) to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
