[中文适用范围]： 本文件规定了静态测试方法，用于验证非回转式越野变幅叉车（以下简称非回转式叉车）和回转式越野变幅叉车（以下简称回转式叉车）在处理自由悬挂负载的特殊条件下的稳定性。上述非回转式叉车和回转式叉车在本文中统称为叉车。本文件适用于装有升降附件或升降点的叉车，在以下应用中使用时：— 在坚实、平坦、光滑、已准备好的表面上进行货物的取放（静止作业）；— 在未经改善的自然地形和被扰动的地形上载货行驶，坡度不超过制造商规定的限值，行驶速度不超过4公里/小时，臂架角度和伸展长度不超过制造商规定的限值。本文件不涉及由于风力作用在负载上可能引发的危险。以下叉车不适用本文件：— 设计用于处理货运集装箱的叉车；— 带有铰接式底盘的叉车；— 配备集成或非集成人员作业平台的叉车；— 从伸展结构上悬挂作业平台的叉车。 [外文原描述]： This document specifies static tests for verifying the stability of non-slewing rough-terrain variable-reach trucks (hereafter referred to as non-slewing trucks) and slewing rough-terrain variable-reach trucks (hereafter referred to as slewing trucks) as defined in ISO 5053-1, operating in the special condition of handling freely suspended loads. Both non-slewing trucks and slewing trucks are hereafter referred to as trucks. This document applies to trucks fitted with a lifting attachment or lifting point when used in the following applications: — picking and placing loads (stationary operation) on substantially firm, smooth, level, and prepared surfaces; — travelling with load on unimproved natural terrain and disturbed-terrain with slopes not exceeding limits determined by the manufacturer, at travel speeds not exceeding 4 km/h and with boom angle and extension not exceeding the manufacturer's limits. This document does not deal with hazards that can occur due to the action of the wind on loads. It is not applicable to those trucks: — designed for handling freight containers; — with an articulating chassis; — equipped with integrated or non-integrated personnel work platforms; — with a work platform suspended from the extending structure.
