[中文适用范围]： 本国际标准规定了 ISO 6165 中定义的用于推进土方机械的内燃机净功率的测试方法。 它旨在提供一种向地球最终用户报告净功率值的标准化方法-移动机器。 它适用于 a) RIC 火花点火式或压燃式发动机，但不包括自由活塞发动机，b) 旋转活塞发动机。 这些发动机可以是自然吸气式的，也可以是使用机械增压器或涡轮增压器增压的。 注：本国际标准是 ISO 14396 的配套标准。 两者之间的主要区别在于测试时某些冷却设备和增压设备辅助设备（风扇）的安装。 可以通过测试或计算方法从ISO 14396的发动机额定值中扣除设备和辅助设备的功率要求。 根据本国际标准获得额定净功率的首选计算方法参见附录 A。 试验和计算方法均符合本标准。 [外文原描述]： ISO 9249:2007 specifies a method for testing the net power of reciprocating internal combustion engines intended for the propulsion of earth-moving machinery as defined in ISO 6165. It is intended to provide a standardized means of reporting net power values to the end user of the earth-moving machines. It is applicable to: RIC spark- or compression-ignition engines but excluding free piston engines; rotary piston engines. These engines may be naturally aspirated or pressure-charged using either a mechanical pressure-charger or turbocharger.
